Sill Repair

Sill Replacement — Grey Van

Complete sill replacement on a grey van. The original sill had hidden corrosion underneath. We cut out the rotten metal, fabricated a new sill panel, welded it in, and finished to a factory-standard paint match.

Rust & Rot Repair

Major Underbody Rust Repair — Red Hatchback

Extensive structural rust repair on a red hatchback. The inner sills and underbody floor had rotted through completely. We fabricated new steel panels, plug-welded them into the structure, and prepped the exterior for paint.

Sill Repair

Sill & Rear Arch Repair — Subaru Impreza STI

Sill replacement and rear wheel arch rust repair on a Subaru Impreza WRX STI. New metal welded into the arch lip and a full replacement sill panel fabricated and fitted. Car reassembled and ready for final paint blending.

Chassis Repairs

Chassis Rail Rebuild — 4x4 Chassis

Full chassis rail repair and restoration on a body-on-frame 4x4. The chassis had catastrophic rust perforation across multiple rails and crossmembers. Body removed, rotten sections cut out, new steel fabricated and welded in.

Underbody Underseal & Protection — Toyota Land Cruiser

Full underbody rust-proofing and protective underseal application on a Toyota Land Cruiser. Wheel arches and entire underside coated with protective sealant after structural repair work.
